PROCESS · TEXT-FIRST

From "uh oh" to fixed, in four steps

Built for people who'd rather not negotiate plumbing in a second language. Everything important happens in writing — the estimate, the approval, the proof.

01 Text photos & your area

Snap the problem — the drain, the water level, the room it's in — and text it to 010-8119-3330 with your neighborhood and building type. English is fine; SMS and iMessage both reach us. No perfect description needed: photos do the talking.

Already poured chemicals down the drain? Tell us. Leftover drain cleaner sitting in a pipe is a burn hazard for whoever opens it, so this one detail changes how we work.

02 Get a range, a reason, and a time

We reply with what the cause probably is, an estimated price range, and — just as important — what makes the final number land high or low in that range (where the blockage sits, pipe length, whether the toilet needs pulling). You'll know the logic before anyone shows up.

Then we agree on an arrival window that's realistic for your area. Anjeong-ri and Songtan sit on our daily routes; Dunpo is a bridge away. We're 24/7 for the floods-your-floor kind of problem.

03 On site: confirm, approve, then work

First we find where the problem actually is — which can differ from what photos suggested. Then we tell you the confirmed price for the actual job. Work starts after you say yes, not before. If you want the number in writing first, say so; texting it to you takes ten seconds.

If something unexpected shows up mid-job — a second blockage, a broken section — we stop and talk before doing anything beyond what you approved. Scope changes are a conversation, never a surprise line on the bill.

04 Proof, payment, and prevention

We show you what caused it (yes, you'll see the wipes), run water to confirm the drain flows, and send before/after photos — forward them straight to your landlord, realtor, or housing file. Need us to explain it to your landlord in Korean? Pass us their number.

Payment is settled as agreed when you booked — Korean bank transfer or cash are the local standard. Before we leave, you'll know what to change so this doesn't happen again, and we'll tell you honestly if the line is likely to re-clog and what the real fix would be.

⚠ Right-now emergency? Do this first

  • Sewage rising from a drain: stop ALL water use — toilet, washer, sink. Every liter you use comes back up.
  • Water near outlets or appliances: cut power to that room at the breaker before stepping in.
  • Then text us photos. Backups get priority scheduling — we'll tell you our honest arrival time immediately.

Questions people actually ask

What should my first text include?

Three things: photos or a short video of the problem, your area (Anjeong-ri, Godeok, Songtan, Dunpo…), and your building type (villa, high-rise apartment, rental house). Add anything you already tried — especially drain chemicals, which we need to know about for safety.

Can you come while I'm at work on base?

If someone can let us in — a spouse, your realtor, your landlord — yes, and we'll document everything with photos so you can see exactly what was done. Many of our jobs run this way. We never enter without an agreed arrangement.

What if you arrive and it's worse than the photos showed?

Then the confirmed price will be different from the texted range — and we tell you that number and why before starting, not after finishing. You can decline on the spot and owe nothing for the look unless we agreed otherwise when booking.

Do you give receipts or documentation?

Yes — before/after photos by default, and on request a written summary of cause and work done. If the repair should be the landlord's responsibility, this documentation is what makes that conversation short.
